I dont know? All I do know is that Craig Phillips opinion is a huge one and he is a mystery box other than the fact he comes from Blackrock (who is peddling a garbage reform plan) and the fact that he played a role in causing fnf to be in conservatorship in the first place. Why was this guy brought on? Why put Craig in charge of coning up wigh the plan?
