My hunch is they are cash poor and are likely trying to secure capital - remember they announced earlier this year that financing fell through. Honestly, it is tough to raise capital with a company displaying little to zero revenue - too many other options for the investors. Still keeping my fingers crossed here - but feeling less positive each day.
