People have a right to focus on the management on a publicly traded company and thus that how SEXi and a few others where discovered to be bad. **** was not a bad company but the CEO took money and issued a bunch of stock and ran off to the Bahamas. Management is the company and you can't discuss the company with it being a direct reflection on management especially management who has absolute control

I wish you would reconsider leaving because ying needs yang and facts are facts. Today we learned about restricted stock being assigned to non insiders, which is probably why the 144 stopped. There is still a lot we do not know and Bob is merely enlightening us on a particular scenario that he is a part of ...

Remember punk Shultz he was the CEO of a news letter that nailed us. All management comes under scrutiny and some get accused of various wrong doings. Not that they are guilty of doing anything wrong and though the informtion looks damaging if TG made certain promises that did not come true then it is natural to refer to them in a not so favorable post.

I think maybe you should reconsider and your loyality is above reproach but TG has to account for company because he is in control same as any other company.

I think you make a solid Chair or poster and you should not let something like what has happen today bother you. The underlying basis is there for his post and his opinion and that is all you can really ask for in a poster.
