It wouldn't make sense to give more shares away if they thought Mackie was going to do the same thing as Lind and sell them all right away. This would drive the share price down and scare investors.

Both the pessimists and optimists share points worth noting.

One thing we can all agree on is nothing changes until the FS numbers are released.
