I'm about your age and I took 500mg for about a month. The main discernable effect on me was vivid dreams and poor sleep, so I stopped taking it. I suspect it may be more useful for older folks with poorer cellular health. (I am still quite energetic and good shape). I would not write off the science. It just isn't for us, not yet anyway. Good luck to all, I think the story on this company is not over, don't despair.
