Yeah, I've never spoke with him directly. Whoever he is, he's just as prone to be wrong as anyone, but his theories (even more than his picks) gave me a good starting point and cut through all the BS and tells it like it really is down here on the bottom. The idea that most tickers are pump and dumps and as long as you know that going in, play them as such. Buy when everyone hates it @.0001/.0002 sell into the pumped run. Someone worried that's not "fair" has no business down here. Fair has nothing to with the OTC.
I've wanted to try pennies for 20 years and just started about 3 years ago. I love them, where else can you make so much off so little (when I gave you comment I said I made $11k from $1170 that was mistype it was off of only $170). Banks give you .25% nowadays if that. OTC is the last wild west where if you play the game right you can do the impossible as compared to the "real" world.
