If it happens the way I am expecting and I make more than a million, I will do everything in my power to hold longer than a year, consequently avoiding this 15% penalty (if in fact it exists, I am not sure about it).
I already contribute too much to uncle Sam's wealthiness. In my opinion, 25-30% is a fair number - 45% would be pretty much cutting my profit in half. And believe me: uncle Sam hasn't helped me on this one. This is only based on my decisions and the awesome DD of this board (thank you all who contributed again).
