What you're missing here is that Cemtrex streamlines operations of companies that it acquires in an effort to improve their profitability. For instance, Rob Group was once about twice the size it is now, but found itself in bankruptcy. Cemtrex has shifted Rob's emphasis to higher tech operations. I believe there has been a similar streamlining going on with Periscope. Comparing revenues including pro forma numbers is really off base.
