Are you sure you're not mixing up the property with something else?

I may be. Quijano used to own a placer property located on the other side, west side, of the Lipangue mountain located in the basin of a valley (Quebrada los Cesares) coming off the hill.

If there is another property, hardrock but having the same name, I'm unaware of it and therefore I'm wrong and confused.

The 100 years comment was refering to the placer property.
