I think they want to first Develope the US market, and then initiate overseas sales.
It is not easy to have a viable sales force overseas without money in the coffers first.
If a sale in South America happens........that is fine. But it's the US market that is the most important.

I think we will get FDA approval soon, but I thought we would get a lot of things much sooner.
My timing has been wrong..................many times.
