IMO Part of the facility will be used to "veg". Depending on how many adults they have they will need maybe 1/4 of that space for veg. For this example let's use 12500 feet. That leaves 38500 sq feet. Need plenty of storage and administration space also so lets take another 8500 for that. Now we have 30000 sq feet to grow. IMO They will grow hydro not soil but like I say it is one guys opinion. This being the case they will likely use 1000 watt lights I think it is more realistic to be between 450-800g per 1000w. So between 125-200g per square foot would be about right. So let's say 150g per sq foot times 30000 that is about 10000 lbs each harvest. 40000 lbs if they only harvest 4 times a year. In Oregon growers are getting 2400 a pound so 40000 times 2400 equals $96,000,000. Now that being said they could do a perpetual grow and harvest 40 times a year but much less yield. Anyway that is an old growers two cents.
For 210000 sq foot facility = Rough guess $480,000,000 4 harvests a year.
