If, (and it's a BIG if) DNAP has technologies and products that are coveted by Big Pharma, what is to stop them from simply taking it?
All the discussion about the possible patents notwithstanding, DNAP could not survive a patent battle. Right or wrong the injunctions and delays caused by such an effort would cripple the ability of the company to proceed. The lawyer fees alone would bankrupt the company in short order.
No one here is defending the unethical behavior of the industry or supports it's immoral activities, but pretending that they do not exist is 'head in the sand' naivette.
It would be refreshing if, as advertised, the well mannered denizens of this board would focus their responses on the points raised in the contributing posts of others and not on unrelated personal observations.
