i think it's the former shell owner's note, which must have paid for the shell and provided a float. curious to me are the two blasts of volume that total around 700M shares back in februrary. it would be easy for new management to do a buyback if the whales who own a lot of DOLV were willing to sell a few blocks back to the newco.

for all we know, as the note holder sells, others are (and have been) loading large, with the express purpose of tightening the share structure later.
