The Company is actively seeking debt or equity financing to funds it operations,including retiring debt to allow it to continue its business development


Translation: DOLV has tons of debt... SO much DEBT that It didn't even have the money to file its quarterly report.
CONCLUSION: SELL DOLV as quickly as possible because DOLV is DEAD!
