or maybe, you're the liar. You're problem is a case of your credibility vs. Rufus's

When a man can hire people of this caliber. His credibility is uncorruptable...

As I said last night, this type of posting from you could go on for pages. You live on here and offer nothing. If you would like to be taken seriously, you yourself need to read more thoroughly.

I'm honestly glad you posted the link of the trust, because if you read (which you didn't) you would have seen this last night:

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13100124

So I appreciate the confirmation of what I said. I also said in at least two posts prior to this yesterday, I have just BEGUN combing through the HWSF and CSHD agreement. The strict terms of this agreement are why CSHD will have trouble meeting their obligations here. They will likely use money they raised from dilution because they have no other income. To my knowledge I have been the only one discussing the terms of the agreement itself. Yes, the trust is irrevocable, but like I said in the post above the 'Agreement' is a completely separate document and is an attached amendment to the agreement.

The 'Agreement' document is what governs the terms of whatever it is that is trying to be accomplished. At this point, the structure of the agreement lends itself to far more questions than answers. One thing I can confirm, and have brought to the board yesterday is that the terms are tough, and everybody is saying yipee about CSHD 'making amends'. They have either (1) business day, or (7) business days to make amends to HWSF depending on how they are delinquent on their obligations, or the Agreement is AUTOMATICALLY terminated. This will be very tough, if not impossible for them to maintain. The only reason they will do so will likely be to sustain just long enough for additional shares to hit the market. Retirement of your CEO is 2-5 months away, so if he can keep the plates spinning 1-2 more months, he's home free in his mind.

GTG. Try to post facts rather than things you have no clue about. Better yet, ask questions of your CEO and respond to the board. Just tell me when you plan to do it so I'm not drinking anything at the time you post the discussion. : )
