I cannot attach a value to Wuhu because

- it is unknown if Wuhu, in entirety or parts, is owned by ZJMY. It is rumored that "technology" was purchased by the Chinese owner if ZJMY. Firstly, that doesn't make it an asset of ZJMY, secondly purchasing "technology" alone doesn't make ZJMY an established battery manufacturer. I question that the company has build a single commercial battery with an equipment value of $17,000 on the valance sheet.
- Wuhu Electric does not seem to exist anywhere but in DD posts. No public references. If this company is bringing in the value people are expecting, it should be a well established company that is easy to track down.
