OWCP is paying back Medmar I believe. Not the other way around. Sorry if I'm reading your post wrong but I think you have it backwards. Medmar lent OWCP $300k when they really needed it with non dilutive terms for distribution rights. Now OWC is in a better position and wants to pay it back w no interest and no profits. I'd be furious if I was Medmar
