SPENT $360 A MONTH RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT, LOL!!!

HECK YEAH, for the self proclaimed supposed, "LEADERS IN STEM CELL MEDICAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT" or whatever bull sh*t wording they plaster in every PR they issue, on their website and every "blog" or whatever, LOL!

NOT EVEN A CAR PAYMENT FOR A DAMN TOYOTA CAMRY, in TOTAL R&D spending per freaking month.

What are they supposedly "developing" as supposed "cutting edge stem cell treatments and drug products" when spending $360 a month on R&D, while nearly all other monies went to PAY INSIDERS, both large "base salaries" and also bull crap "NOTES OWED" to "INSIDERS" for past supposed "CASH BONUSES" and other crap???

What freaking bio-tech, or medical development company (LEGIT ONES ANYWAYS) spend $360 a month on R&D, LOL??? How many boxes of rubber gloves and sterile face masks is that? It doesn't pay for a set of HEPA filters for a clean room or even a clean hood, LOL !!

Research and Development

Our research and development expenses consist of costs incurred in identifying, developing and testing our products and services. Research and development expenses were $1,081in the three month period ended March 31, 2017, a decrease of $2,414 from the research and development expenses of $3,495 in the three month period ended March 31, 2016. Current management focus is towards on sales in addition to research and development and its corresponding ongoing costs. The timing and amount of our planned research and development expenditures is dependent on our ability to obtain additional financing."

SEE THAT, ALWAYS BASED ON THEM "OBTAINING ADDITIONAL FINANCING", LOL!! Hell, they just dumped n sold one of the only assets they actually had, past tense, for their $500K, wasn't that "financing"?? Oh, it just went to PAY INSIDERS, as usual, LOL !! The ole "NOTES OWED" and combined "base salaries" of Tonas and Comella that are over a $MILLION annually right there.

How the hell are they supposedly bring MYOCELL (NO LONGER UNDER PATENT BY THE WAY, SEE THEIR LATEST 10-K FILING) how they getting that through fantasy FDA APPROVAL and all, when R&D is less than what Joe the plumber spends to keep a basic car payment in his driveway? HOW? HOW DOES THAT WORK EXACTLY?

What the hell EXACT BUSINESS ARE THEY IN, when they just allocated and budgeted $360 bucks a MONTH, for research and development, at a supposed "cutting edge bio-tech" company??? MAKES NO SENSE TO ME? They ain't developing anything IMO. Just running their lil CLINIC BIZ and selling some kits and training, and THAT IS IT. You don't develop freaking HEART TREATMENTS on $360 a month, with a few employees total at your "company", LOL !! Not a chance in hell to me. Just smoke and mirrors if you ask me.
