NO, NO IT DOES NOT??
"INVESTED" means that USRM would have the money IN THEIR ACCOUNT, which of course via looking at their paltry cash-on-hand line, they CLEARLY DO NOT and DID NOT receive $2.5 million dollars. HAS NOT HAPPENED. Simple as that.
IT SAYS, they "could/might/possibly" invest that amount, and if they don't, there is a penalty. IF, IF one reads the 8-K for same, cover to cover, they'll find out that "penalty" is laughable.
I've GOT YEARS, and YEARS of Bioheart/USRM/Tomas vast "claims" (PR) of "agreements" or "term sheets signed" or "imminent big financing" and they NEVER, EVER, EVER materialized, not a one of them. I can post the links to every bull crap PR and associated "filing" comments on same. Every last one of um.
IT SAID THIS, PAGE 29:
" In addition, GACP has contractually agreed to invest an additional Two and a half Million Dollars ($2,500,000) to open ten (10) stem cell clinics in the United States within 3 years--with a penalty provision to our benefit for shortfalls if less than 6 clinics are opened within 24 months."
YEARS (2 minimum, 3 possible) before anything "might" happen, and if it DOES NOT, the "penalty" is laughable when one reads it. Some "kit shortfall" bull crap buried in the 8-K exhibits.
AS OF TODAY, they have "invested" ZERO bucks of that $2.5 million per this SEC FILING. That's all that is known at this point. Oh, and they've built or opened ZERO "MIDDLE EAST CLINICS" so far, also per this just filed SEC 10-Q.
THAT is the only facts known as of right now, today IMO. Nothing else is outside the SAFE HARBOR, FORWARD LOOKING DISCLOSURE usual BS.
