Quote LOL, "Nope. That OS is perfect. The 10q looks better every time I read it. Especially this part:
"We are in active prospective partnering discussion for the MYOCELL SDF-1 program. Partnering, we contend, will enhance our capabilities, reduce our development cost through cost sharing and potentially accelerate our time to approval and commercialization. "
"
WHAT????? LOL??
Uh...USRM DOES NOT EVEN OWN THE RIGHTS TO Mycell SDF-1 anymore, LOL ! It's in the freaking just issued 10-K.
ALL LICENSES LAPSED or expired AND they stated they would need to "acquire additional licensed tech" to get SDF-1 to a usable form, as they DO NOT OWN IT, DID NOT INVENT IT.
Total BS to me, that they dangle a carrot that they "might/possibly/could perhaps" PARTNER for a technology that in the other part of the 10-K, they state in PLAIN ENGLISH, "WE DON'T EVEN OWN THE RIGHTS TO THIS" which we USED TO as in PAST TENSE license from others, LOL !!
They got nothing in SDF-1 if you ask me. The company they used to license it from, is moving ahead w/ their own trials, progressing just fine. What the hell would they sell it or license it back to USRM for, now a operator of "CLINICS" who's R&D budget this past qtr was a whopping $300 bucks a month or so (LOL, $300 a month R&D for a supposed medical research and development company ! RIGHT ON).
Total nonsense going nowhere to me. Same old from them. YEARS of statements like that from them that never amounted to jack crap. YEARS of it.
