Lap - I would agree that the mentality of investor at $1/$5 and so forth would be different then that of the ones now. But the stock has not made that transition to those levels YET! So there has to be a transitional mentality at play to get there based on company performance....

Not sure about the "new direction" stuff or Moscow...but I don't claim to be the sharpest knife on this matter. The one thing I do know is Wessal PR'd buying this stock and left us with the inpression that they could do it anytime the felt like it. The PR did not say

1. Upon 10K
2. Upon Patriot Act
3. Upon $1 buck or more
4. As a bridge to the NASDAQ...

The one thing I do expect is that the 10K should help make some of all that clear. But so far I have seen nothing that convinces me that it is more prudent to buy shares at a higher price when they are available cheap. Nothing but "the white knight" theory that appeals to some penny players wanting to sell stock into the rally...(No attack on anyone).
