If and When a PR comes out with substance and if the Restriction to buy via the internet is still in place and people must call...then I would think this will benefit the longs as the Daytrading Flippers etc...will have little to no affect on the PPS as it will be inconveniant for them......so if a run starts it will continue NORTH with out being depressed by those Daytraders....JMHO of course
