make no mistake .. NR/CEs' set ups at every round were *fails* and in aggregate since Dec 2009 .. they are EPIC

this is why *volume* matters .. any way it is sliced .. one can count *volume* since Jan 2013 (last RUN on PTOI
stopped out *then* @ 1.49 .. because 1.50 is still a problem for NR and will be addressed with P2O's first sale imo)

or one can count the *volume* since mid August 2013 .. when P2O was wrested back from *aromatics/dirty whales*

or one can count the *volume* since all time 52 week low of 10c (12.2013) was *reset* to 06c (1.2014) which
was reset to 05c (10.2014) .. done to bury ACC Executive Summary .. or all of 2015's resets .. into Jan 2016
and the 2c .. to the 019c (3.2016) .. and my all time personal fav .. :) .. the sheer stupidity of *resetting* PTOI's
52 week low in August of 2016 .. when mgmt sourced $600,000. and one month later 8k'd the MOU
