Diwan is the FOUNDER and senior management of NNVC. He's not supposed to pocket millions from the money invested to commercialize *his* invention, at the expense of NNVC investors, while failing miserably for twelve years to do what he promised.


Seymour's accumulated deficit of $80 MILLION for accomplishing as little as he has, all the while touting his "frugal" management style as he funnels millions to Diwan's "side business", should kinda be a red flag.
