INVESTOR ALERT - It’s A Shame How Diabetics Get Informed !!

The HbA1c or A1C is the Golden Standard for the Health in general and at
Diabetes Therapies every 3 Months to be tested to ensure the Health and
related to adjust the medications is the daily Glucose measuring applied !

Such as NIH.Gov with Others made long-term HbA1c tests at over 100,000
healthy adult peoples of any gender and races, where the healthy resulted
to max. 5.2% plus 0.2% Measuring Tolerances, resulting to a healthy HbA1c
of max. 5.35% or average blood Glucose Value of max. 95mg/dl ! ! !

Sure everybody can be agree on, that of what is good for healthy peoples
can also only be good for Diabetes Peoples since they also peoples, right
.
Naturally to have a HbA1c of max. 5.35% to be sure of none of any further
affections, just to remain in healthy conditions is not that easy as one by
9%, but it is not something impossible with the right cooperation of the
Diabetic Doctor to adjust the medications, especially any of the basal
medications adjusted to the lowest possible night or morning fasting
Glucose Value of 70-80mg/dl !!

( For example all the 24h Basal-Insulin producing companies know that and by
phone confirm it as perfect, but having this published at products packing, they
reluctant for good respect and relations with Diabetic Doctors as their clients. )

But such as the ADA and Diabetic Doctors feel they have all the rights to fool
Diabetics by telling them if younger A1C of less 7% as OK by reduced risks
( reduced is not eliminated risks ) or if older A1C of 8-9% is OK, etc. and then
we wondering how peoples under professional health care have Amputations or
get Blind by Retina affections, etc.
An international longtime Study by a Statistic informing that a HbA1c of 7% did
show 11% less risks compare to 8% and what did happen to the remaining 89%
has not been explained.

Pretty rare we can find some Diabetic Doctor telling the patients to have a
HbA1c of less 6%, but when speaking with the Doctors then they will tell,
that they could do this only at self responsible mature patients and not
by the majority of careless type of patients !
To this for sure we could answer, if the patients really would receive the
objective information’s as by the science available, then many for sure
would also be much less careless, because would have the know-how
.

About Hypoglycemia all Diabetics get scared the hell and resulting mostly
walk around with Hyperglycemia above 100mg/dl and the Diabetic Doctors
will say that’s OK !
By today’s sciences we have to say the normal healthy Glucose range is
70- 95mg/dl ( 95mg/dl = HbA1c of 5.35% ), but at meals it normally for
a short time will be possibly 120- 140mg/dl and should not been higher
if the medication is right applied.
At less 70mg/dl we speak of Hypoglycemia, but we have to mention that
even healthy peoples could sometimes have 60mg/dl just causing hunger
feeling and 50mg/dl causing dizziness, but still able to get up the bed
and take a Teaspoon Sugar to normalize everything by 25-30mg/dl up
within 10-15 Minutes !
At 40mg/dl it’s maybe not anymore possible to get up the bed to take Sugar,
because the legs maybe paralyzed, but calling someone in the know is possible
to provide quickly 2 Teaspoon Sugar in warm water dissolved to drink !!
For this Diabetics should have Sugar beside the bed or some 1dl Glass
with a 5dl Bottle of Water containing dl/5g Sugar to drink 1-2 dl if need.
Naturally we have to be cautious about Hypoglycemia, but if you follow
the ADA explanations, then at less 54mg/dl would be a serious clinical
condition, maybe to call the 911 Emergency Ambulance.

It’s also the many little and simple practical things in the daily life to be
informed about, Diabetics missing this of such as the ADA, because here
we have the same of good respect and relations with Diabetic Doctors,
for not interfering with them as they say
.

Here the latest 2017 Standards from ADA to get maybe more confused :
https://diabetes.medicinematters.com/guidelines/diagnosis/what-is-new-in-the-2017-american-diabetes-association-standards-/11932360
New is that a HbA1c of 5.7% to 6.4% is defined as Pre-Diabetes. ( 5.7% = 106mg/dl )
New is that a fasting Glucose of 100 - 125mg/dl is also defined as Pre-Diabetes.
New is that a fasting Glucose of already 126mg/dl or higher is defined as Diabetes.
We have to be aware that Glucose of 106mg/dl or more is already causing micro vascular
blood circulation disturbances as the cause of about 20 more health risks, affections, where
the Blood-Bodies by the High-Sugar in the blood stick together and blocking the micro
vascular veins of only 0.01mm in diameter, that simple it is and this is also according of
NIH.Gov the international medical reference and that also is not described by the ADA.
( The ADA will say a lot has been achieved during the last years, to keep well in mind
that the present Worldwide Diabetes Epidemic developed during the last 20 Years under
the view of the ADA !! )
Fasting Glucose of 100mg/dl is equal to a HbA1c of 5.5%, it means by the next step we
can expect to have the HbA1c of 5.5% to 6% defined as Pre-Diabetes and the HbA1c
for healthy peoples of presently still max. 5.5% will get changed to 5.35% as maximum.
Pre-Diabetes need to be treated to possibly keeping it in the Pre-Diabetes conditions
and this independent of what your Health Insurance or Doctor will maybe say.
If you diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes you should do a HbA1c every 3 Months to see
how it progresses or not and apply weekly morning Fasting Glucose Measuring.
For example Type 1 within 3 Months can go from reduced Pre-Diabetes to the Diabetes
where at Type 2 depending on the lifestyle it could take years !
When initially diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes it is usually unknown by which Type.

If Diabetics like to decide to use an Insulin-Pump, then it should been decided
to use a system which is capable to be controlled by a 24h CGM-Continuous
Glucose Monitoring system, because only that can stop any Insulin supply when
the Glucose gets below 80mg/dl and this is important to provide the freedom !!

Diabetics themselves need to be in the know to decide for themselves
and to know what about they have to speak with the Diabetic Doctor !
