due to PTOI volume pattern change out in March .. remember *volume spigot*
turned off @ the EO Dec 2016 (2.2M~) .. then the almost matched set of *volume*
for Jan and Feb 2017 .. (500,000~)
so i waded thru the SEC's extremely non user friendly website re: FTDs
to see what was *reported* for March 2017 .. and imagine my surprise to see the following:

surprise because the month of FEB 2017 .. didn't have *one* FTD *reported*
so i went back to see what might have been a factor in something actually being
reported by NRs' smoke and mirrors .. and i remembered there were a handful
of P2O investors who'd been bypassed for those multiple *targeted* trades for days on end
some of whom filed complaints with Finra .. in late Feb and early March ..
now it could just be a coincidence .. .. and per usual with *dated data* and the
incompetents @ the SEC .. odds are we won't *know* why pattern changed out per se re: *reporting*
of PTOI's FTDs .. ;)
.. still waiting on the first half of April's data to see if anything shows (reported) for PTOI's lowest volume month ever as a pubco

btw .. March 2017 trades below.. just realized i need to go back and break out
the %s (long's picks/mirrored trades/bypassed trades/hidden trades) ...as i did in Feb
which had ( 58% ) re: longs' picks .. but you can see what was done
in essentially 6 days .. 3 in the front half of March and 3 in the back half of March
and let's not forget CEs' *set up* of the *volume* done on March 29th .. ;)
which of course backfired .. because *longs* actually picked off about 80% of that day's *volume*
that would be just another *issue* for NR/CEs re: PTOI .. to add to all their priors .. ;)
