Okay, you guys win, but the question remains as to whether
this board will accept another missed deadline and prepare the
proper excuses in advance of yet another missed deadline. You
can bet that Portland will provide their excuse (reason) in
order that the scam can be perpetuated. That is exactly how
scams operate.
