because that is actually the name of the game and basic DD on the topic reveals exactly why killing off an OTC company usually works in NRs' favor vs *covering* .. they are so far UPSIDE DOWN on their *abusive* short on PTOI imo it's going to be interesting to see how *handled* .. because at every turn (2009 to today) *covering* wasn't on CEs' agenda .. but blocking .. stalling and compressing PTOI's pps was .. ;)
and let's be clear most *targeted* OTC companies don't SURVIVE ..
initially agenda pertained to CEs' $cycles of money in play until *kill* order went out .. but as we've *discussed* a few x now .. when *actual* P2O investors *cant* be parted from their PTOI *shares/certs* of any significance ... NRs' abusive hole keeps getting filled with those pesky abusive IOUS ..
and so it goes .. week in .. week out .. month in .. month out .. year in .. year out just a reminder .. 10c @ EO 2013 .. 6c in Jan 2014 .. 5c in Oct 2014 .. 2c in Jan 2016 .. 019c in Mar 2016 and the last *played* in August 2016 @ 018c
and it's not like the SEC gives a damn (transparency much) or stats aren't perverted to suit NON RETAIL P2O's first sale eviscerates these SOBs ..
i can wait and clearly based on the lowest month of *volume* ever for PTOI (since 2009) .. others feel the same
i also look forward to more and more time stamps (both sells/buys) going forward .. and i really look forward to all who want to *exit* P2O via PTOI .. doing so above their respective CBs here's to P2O's ability to execute and RH's ability to articulate
you have a good weekend ... time to garden .. :)

Actually your factually false... Why would this hypothetical short position ever cover if there is no reason to? If they feel the company is going to go under because they are incapable of selling a machine then why do it?
10/5/07 -- there are no coincidences here ... oh and like many other longs .. not selling at this level --
