Here's what we do know about share count. The company reported 17,656,844 shares outstanding. Since that time, I've heard 20.6M, 19.7M, 19.2M, etc...all guesstimates mostly from those who don't know for sure.

What I know for sure is that the CEO has stated he's in this for the long term, to build something special, has no intention of diluting and that there's been zero dilution to date by the company or any promotions.

Until I personally hear otherwise, this company has 17.6M shares outstanding. If a few straggler convertibles bumped it up to 20M or so during his cleanup run during March and early April, so be it, but this is not a stock according to the CEO where we'll have to worry about dilution.

At 20M, 25M or even 30M, this is still the best play on the board IMHO and others will realize that soon enough. GLTA
