I agree. Good news is about the FOIA applied to FNMA/FMCC now. There will be tons of documents released to the public. More and more detail will be disclosed and it will be clear to the public that the FMCC/FNMA were in a good shape in 2012.
I do not think that the government would be stupid enough to push the documents out and wipe out the common holders at the same time. It seems conflicting to me that GSEs were in good shape and we have to wipe you out. If the government wants to wipe you out, why push for a FOIA bill?
