Not sure if you read the documents on the lawsuit we have right now to retrieve the domain but the request is that the legal fees incurred are paid for by the defendant. I expect this to be a staple in any other lawsuits that we get into. Remember, Thomas is a majority shareholder and he would benefit more from a shareholder distribution than racking up hours of time on this project and paying out the rest in legal fees.
However, it's not impossible that we do eat up our profit in fees. I honestly think that Thomas is going after the low hanging fruit currently, once we get paid by Advisors and get results on the URL lawsuit Thomas will determine whether going after Galanis and others is worth it and to what extent. I can see us going after IP Global to get settlement money back, but suing Galanis for fraud and damages is another animal.
I don't think we will go after Galanis to that extent. Not sure if in the end it would be worth it or not.
