I removed the timestamps to avoid time zone confusion. I keep this computer set to Pacific time as a matter of convenience to me. I forwarded them the document (notice where it says "attached document".. that is why it does not mention it specifically. I didn't miss it.. I simply held it for a while to give them a chance to provide a statement should they want to. Templates do not change but the "importance" is a clickable icon in outlook... quit nitpicking..
