I don't think not listing out every single random small fine and levies from a tiny podunk state agency that gives them out like candy on halloween would be considered fraud. Hardly sounds like a material event.....

Are the fines and noncompliance concerning? In a small way, yes. Let's not get ahead of ourselves though. No one cares about TRRC.
