jimmym4: good post. imo, we are watching a GREAT business plan being rolled-out. Sulja saw something in it for them beyond the odd/occasional Middle East project through Red Sea. Who approached whom to create this opportunity could be the subject of a book someday. We may be seeing a convergence win-win situation between a Canadian firm with a U.S. and a Middle Eastern conglomerate. The perfect financial storm.
