HI, IN reading over many of the recent posts, it's an inescapable fact that the majority of those who
have been favorably disposed towards RIM are fully expecting Rim to make some major + announcements come Labor Day or shortly thereafter. I've been one of them, to be sure, yet I'm scaling my expectations back because we REALLY DON'T KNOW what Brad's timetable is! Yes we've been given hints galore that something will happen, and soon (only two "o"'s this time!). It's easy to grab he ball and run with it, and yet...we don't have the ball yet. What I'm saying,basically, is that it might be
A LOT easier on the our psyche and emotions attached thereto were we to dial things back a bit and be pleasantly surprised (hopefully, he said). It would seem that, in our present state of mind, anything less than a homerun will reek of disappointment.
I'm all set for a string of PR's, be they singles or greater, which reveal what RIM has been doing in its sanctum sanctorum these past few weeks/months/years to now lead us forward towards, and into, commercialization. Now there's a mouthful,
but...why not accept the message being delivered piecemeal instead of the whole enchilada, block party and all!? Anyway, it sounds good to me, and my ticker thanks me .
