You crack me up. Just for curiosities sake, can you describe an example of what a non fluff PR would sound like? I wont hold my breath waiting for a reply. The real truth is traders such as yourself don't judge PR's by what's in them, rather by how high they make the price go over the next day or two. Hence if it sells off, its gotta be fluff....
