I think this has to be resolved.

It sounds to me lasernat had a conversation with someone he believes to be Dr. Mensah. Do you think he is lying?

No I am not a basher but have been long here since .12. But something got me upset yesterday when I recieved a call back from Dr Mensah and he told me that there is no joint venture with CSHD right now or with AISS because they were to deliver 60 million dollars to them for them to receive a 40% stake in AISS. He told me more also that I am not putting here but I did call Rufus and when I received a call back from him and told him what I was told he did not deny it but asked me if I would put that in writing which I did, and fax it to him which I did. He was suppose to get back to me but never did. I have about 10 phone calls to him and still has not got back to me. I had my business partner call Georgia Aerospace and he left his name & number as a answering machine picks up the phone. Within 30 minutes he received a call back from Dr Mensah. He was told the same thing that there is no joint venture with Conversion solutions right now as they have not delivered the 60 million dollars to them. He also asked them if CSHD comes up with the money will there be a JV and he said "well at this point we would have to talk". PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR SELL BASED ON WHAT I AM RELAYING TO YOU BUT I DO ADVISE YOU TO CALL GEORGIA AEROSPACE AND WAIT FOR DR MENSAH TO CALL YOU BACK AND THEN MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION
