Besides, if anybody's been around here for even a short period of time prior to 8/31 then they would've seen that it's been posted many times before to remind folks of what is STILL in place and PROMINENTLY displayed on the GA website.

Heck, even I re-posted that same news article MANY TIMES! Oh, and guess what? Unlike most other PR's, this one for whatever reason DOES NOT show the YEAR of the article at the top. It's only shown at the very bottom AND it's only visible if you click the link to get the full Bloomberg article.
