our-street told me last night he couldn't and wouldn't disclose the paper trail, because he is ethical, and the person that gave the paper to him, he had told them he would not give out their name.
I believe in being ethical, I also know a little about holding things in confidents.
If that is true then our-street should have never posted the paper, knowing the person that gave it to him did not want to take ownership of doing it. our-street should have told the person if he gets the information he will need to be open about discloser.
There are some things that should not be held in confidence, they are unverifiable statements, and if they are held they should not be talked about or posted on some message board, until they can be verified, and a paper trail established.
Ethical I think not, I also think our-street need a lessen or two in confidentiality. JMHO
