That is a question to which we don't currently have an answer, because we have insufficient information.

The 650M certainly has to be a part of the OS even if the 500M not a part of it. So our float is less than what most think it is because it's untouchable.

But it's unlikely the Moaning stock is part of the float. It was affiliate stock, and therefore restricted. Same for the Kelly stock.

But that has nothing to do with short interest, which when last reported was negligible:
