Any fees collected under this article shall be distributed as follows:

(1) Any daily user fee collected in the administration of twice a day testing, drug patch testing, or urinalysis testing under the 24/7 sobriety program shall be collected by the sheriff, or an entity designated by the sheriff, and deposited with the county treasurer, the proceeds of which shall be applied and used only to defray the recurring costs of the 24/7 sobriety program including maintaining equipment, funding support services and ensuring compliance;

A number of states have or are contemplating the adoption of sobriety programs mirroring somewhat those currently in place in Montana, and North and South Dakota, where we currently enjoy a significant presence. We are, of course, optimistic about this expansion and are planning specific marketing, training and other programs to enhance the use of the Sweat Patch by these states. However, there is no assurance these states will utilize our device as part of their protocols
