Medical marijuana has been approved in Minnesota for a year or two now and the heavily regulated companies are losing money. Doctors are not supporting it, the product is to high priced for many to use, and insurance is not willing to allow it. Thus it is a bad investment at this time. I do not see this changing very soon. Heavy regulation will not allow companies to expand to to the levels needed to really make money.

So it will be up to the recreational industry to make any money and I do not expect the heavy regulation to change much. And most states will not approve it any time soon. Especially with most government relying on so much liquor taxes. Why do you think that enforcement for DWI is so lax?
