I do not believe this is in Chinese. But let me interpret it in English for all the negative ones.
The Company intends to file consolidated financial statements reflecting the acquisition during the next two weeks. We thank our shareholders for their interest in the Company and patience while we bring our filings current.

INTENDS MEANS

have (a course of action) as one's purpose or objective; plan.
synonyms: plan, mean, have in mind, have the intention, aim, propose;

TO FILE MEANS
submit (a legal document, application, or charge) to be placed on record by the appropriate authority.

RO also stated to some people that he would like to have this done sooner than later.
Well he has confirmed that the financials are with the auditor (which was the “intends” part of it) so they have done what they said within the 2 weeks they stated. It does not state we will have them reported to the otc in 2 weeks nor does it state they will confirm a PR in two weeks.

They are doing everything they stated and now it is up to a third party to audit and release. I worked with many auditors and deadlines mean nothing to them.

So if you like what you are holding then hold, add, and hang tight. All good things come to those who wait Patienlty….. If you have doubts then sell or don't buy and move on to your next pick. It's that simple. look at how much time and money you are wasting here looking to bring down this stock by the bashing, when you could be finding the next big pinky to flip and make some money.

There is more than enough information that is public to prove what a gem this company is. There is WAY more than enough information on all names involved in the RM to solidify all the success to come.
