INSTA - I believe that the Case Management Conference is a pre-scheduled Court event...nothing to do with arbitration. When a caser is filed the computer automatically kicks out dates for certain events such as this case management conference. That's how it's done in the Massachusetts Courts so I am pretty confident that it is not related to the pending Arbitration.

Challenges make life interesting, Overcoming them make life meaningful.
