From what I saw ARXS was top bidder at .0059, when i snagged some .006s. He was also playing with the ask. If O/S is actually less by almost 100mill shares, I wonder if company is buying some back, and dropping the price using ARXS on the ask, scaring people to feed to him on the bid.
