In business coordination like that would be referred to as collusion or price fixing. In selling stocks, when groups act in sync to drive down the price, it is called stock manipulation which according to the sec, IS ILLEGAL.
Some day soon, with IP Address identification and cell phone tracking, these criminals will be caught and prosecuted as the current administration will make good on its promise to clean up the swamp.
