Aqua Vie Beverages (fka AVBC)

I invested in AVBC over a year ago on tip from a friend. This was before I really knew anything about avbc or these types of stocks. Thankfully, I haven't invested more than I can afford to lose. I'd really like someone's input on any positive theory (I think I know the negative one) why we have seen an increase in volume and a decrease in price just before the report is due out. Just interested if there is one. Thanks and remember you're talking to a novice so don't assume I'd know the obvious. THANKS!!
