Have to give Eric credit on this latest fantasy story.
The idea of HHSE merging with not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR other companies is genius.

It would be a complex deal even if it was true, but with this story, he can continue to claim that the complexity means more regulatory and legal hurdles remain, as well as claiming that "confidentiality" requirements prohibit him from revealing the names of any of the partners.

My prediction: there will be no names of the "partners" nor details of the "new structure" for months. Meanwhile, more teasers about funding in the works, and more distracting blogs about dubbed Chinese movies, that HHSE co-distributes. (Whatever that means.) Do they even get paid a fee for "co-distributing"?
