I believe it was in Johns new update video. We don't know who ever revived the units, but John said people have received them.

He said MGT shipped units out and told us how some hackers were able to work around the sentinel unit. One of the hackers that made it past the sentinel unit undetected was one Chris Roberts who has now to be hired as the CTO.
