Judge Stein is also the judge assigned to hear the Plavix patent trial in January 2006. A reading of his opinion on the P.I leaves little doubt on the likely outcome on the Plavix trial!

Sleazy Mr. B.S. of Apotex and the great value destroyer Dolan. Two unfortunate but shining examples of corporate greed and wrong doings! Which one will face US criminal charges first for lying under oath and/or other criminal wrong-doings?
